I have cancelled but I would like to keep going. How do I reverse the cancellation?

If you cancel your account by mistake or change yourĀ mind and would like to renew your account, you can renew your account before the term has ended without having to pay an enrolment fee. If you cancel your account and your subscription has ended, you must re-enrol and an enrolment fee is payable. Simply go to MY ACCOUNT and undo your cancellation by reinstating your subscription.

How do I cancel a lesson and get a make up lesson?

  1. Log into the Members Area
  2. go to your Calendar
  3. go to the date you need to cancel your lesson.
  4. Cancel your lesson and leave a note for the reason.

PLEASEĀ NOTE: Only one make up lesson is valid per term. If you need to cancel more than one lesson per term, your tutor will still work for you during your lesson and email your work to complete.

How do I update my Address?

Why can’t my child access the Members Area?

When you placed your order with us, you were requested to provide a ‘student email’ address. Many parents provide their own email address instead. If a student email address was not provided, the account was only set up in your name. If you would like your child to have access to the Members Area, please email [email protected] to request your secondary account.

We recommend providing a student email address and not use your account for student access, as your account has your credit card details and ability to make purchases.

If I cancel my account can I get a refund?

No refunds are issued. If you you cancelled your account by mistake and would like to renew your account, you can renew your account before the term has ended without having to pay an enrolment fee. If you cancel your account and your subscription has ended, you must reenrol and an enrolment fee is payable.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Go to MY ACCOUNT
  • go to Subscriptions
  • select Cancel

Please note, if you cancel your subscription and your subscription ends and you would like to re-enrol, an enrolment fee is payable upon re-enrollment.

If I cancel my subscription, can I still access content?

Yes, your subscription lasts for the term, so you have access to content all the way up until the end of the term, even if you have canceled your subscription with us during the term.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel lessons?

4 weeks notice is required, or the following term’s subscription will be charged.

What if I can’t make a group lesson?

These group lessons are longer than your usual 1:1 lessons, so that in the event you can not make a Group Lesson one term, don’t worry – you can access the Group Lesson online at a time that suits you, by going to GROUP LESSON INFO in the Members Area.

Group Lessons are scheduled on different days each term to accommodate the majority of family availability. Term 1 is on a Monday. Term 2 is on a Tuesday, Term 3 is on a Wednesday, and Term 4 is on a Thursday. As Group Lessons only occur four times per year, we highly encourage you to make your son/daughter available for these highly impactful group lessons. To see when Group Lessons are, go to GROUP LESSON INFO in the Members AreaĀ or if you don’t want to log in to your account, you can also see them on theĀ BRHYTHMIC website.

 

How to I upgrade, downgrade or change my package?

Changes of packages can only occur on a term to term basis, that is, between terms and not halfway through. If you have agreed with your tutor on a new time and new location, then you can changeĀ packages.

How to upgrade:

Simply go the Members Area Shop and purchase the new package you would like. When we receive yourĀ order, your original package will be refunded within 7 days.

Once you have purchased your new package, remember to cancel your old package.

How to downgrade:

Simply go the Members Area Shop and purchase the new package you would like. When we receive yourĀ order, your original package will be refunded within 7 days, minus any deductions. See below and our T&Cs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To qualify for the free BRHYTHMIC Starter Pack included in the BRHYTHMIC Package and the Senior Tutor Package, you are required to have held these subscriptions for a minimum of four terms consecutively. If you choose to downgrade prior to this, the cost of the Starter Pack will be deducted off the refund amount.

What happens if my credit card does not work?

If your nominated credit card payment fails, the payment system will retry in 12 hours. After this, the payment system will continue retrying at the following intervals with email notifications to you:

12 hours
24 hours
2 days
3 days

If after 7 days, if we have not heard from you and your credit card details have not been updated, see: How do I change payment methods?, your subscription will be canceled. An enrolment fee is required if you decide to sign up again. We pay our staff every time a student enrolls and ceases tuition, so there no exceptions.

What if my child has an injury?

If a student injures one of their wrists or arms, there are a number of bass drum and feet activities the student can continue on with.

If a student has injured their leg or foot, we focus on rudimental hand-only exercises.

As well as the above, theory-only lessons can be taught until the student is capable of using their affected limbs again.

Before the student can use the affected limb, we require advice from your medical professional that they are ok to continue.

This is a short school term, will there be enough weeks to have all my lessons?

Absolutely, that is why our packages come in a 9 pack subscription. We understand school terms can fluctuate anywhere between 9 and 11 weeks in duration. We’ve tailor made our packages to accommodate this. 9 Lessons give us the wriggle room to be able to have a short term and it does not disrupt our lesson plans too much. If you have a short school term ahead or have plans such as a family holiday, just talk to your tutor and it’s usuallyĀ as simple as doing a double lesson the week before or after.
